Trail Dust proudly serves USDA Choice Beef that meets our rigid specifications. For maximum tenderness, all beef is naturally aged giving us the highest level of quality control. Finally, we cook your steak over an open grill using genuine mesquite-wood logs. The result is a tender, juicy, and incredibly flavorful steak.
